Persimmon - Fuyu (Each)
Approximately 120g each. This is the best time to pick Fuyu persimmons. The Fuyu are non-astringent and grown locally. Fuyu are the pumpkin-shaped persimmons and are best eaten when firm. The yellow-orange persimmon is an excellent source of fiber, Vitamin A and C, Vitamin B6, potassium and the mineral manganese. Fuyu persimmons can be kept at room temperature, but if preferred, can be refrigerated.
