Method
Put all ingredients into high power blender and process until it's fairly smooth.
Strain by hand, through a nut milk bag. Chill in fridge until ready to use.
This recipe makes a reasonably rich milk, yielding about 2 ¼ cups of milk. You could add more water if you’d like a lighter milk.
- 200g Almond (soaked 8-12 hours)
- 2 cups Purified Water
- pinch of Himalayan Crystal Salt
