What can I do for my health and wellbeing after bushfires?

Posted on February 04 2020

The Australian fires have produced a huge volume of carbon dioxide, aerosols, soot, fine particle pollution and greenhouse gases. It is causing a wide spread air pollution problem in Australia, as well as in other countries. Especially the fine particulate matter PM2.5 (2.5 microns or smaller) as it can pollute our bodies deeply and is a serious health hazard.

This can trigger a general cascade of inflammation throughout the entire body.

It can also severely impact on mental health.

On high pollution days, be informed of the daily levels by AirVisual or a similar app and follow the simple recommendations like to stay indoors as much as possible. If you have to go out wear a mask (for PM2.5 protection). If able, invest in a home air purifier.

Dr Cousens, Tree of Life Centre, AZ, has kindly shared some steps we can take to detoxify air borne pollutants.

  1. Take NCD2, Waiora, activated Zeolite drops in water.
  2. Take Colloidal Silverspray, RNA, ACS 200, spray under tongue.
  3. Exercise, use a Bellicom rebounder and/or a far infrared sauna, anything that moves your lymph and your breath will help to remove toxins.
  4. Drink Oxygenated water by adding CellFood or Oxyrich to water. Drink at least a litre and half per day, as NCD2 will dehydrate and need a lot of fluids to expel toxins out of the body.

For scientific research papers on all above recommendations and how to order these supplements or to book an appointment for individual advice, please email:

All may be obtained from drcousensglobal.com, but dosages may need adjusting according to health status. Usual application through email.

I hope you may find this helpful.

All the best,
