Celery (Half Bunch)
Rich in vitamins and minerals, celery makes a great raw snack. Have a go making Karen's popular Eggless-Egg Salad! Celery is best stored in the fridge in a plastic bag to prevent wilting. If you find your celery has gone floppy, simply chop of the bottom and put the bunch in a jug of water with a bag over the top. Within an hour the celery should be nice and firm.
